Saghata is a populous upazila of Gaibandha district. In order to normalize law and order situation in this upazila, it was very necessary to construct a new police station with modern facilities in this area. Public Works Division, Gaibandha constructeds this thana building, which have all necessary modern facilities, at a cost of around Tk 3.25 Crore funded from Revenue Budgrt. Saghata Thana Building is one of the most attractive police stations in the country. Public Works Department, Gaibandha is the glorious partner of building this thana building.
